I wasnt really too happy with the neons...
Mean Tangerine : Brink Of Pink : Electric Lemon : Lime So Fine
they kind of matte when they dry which was a turn off for me I wanted them to be bright and BAM in your face :) But they werent too bad with a coat of sparkle over... def. polished that are meant to be layered... at least in my opinion. You may think different thats what its MY review :)~ The orange is prolly my fav. out of this next would be the green, dont care for the pink or yellow.....

Reminds me of easter :) Such pretty pastels I would def. recommend these colors if you like the pastely polishes
At 6$ they really arent that bad priced way smaller then I had assumed but they are very unique so I guess it makes up for the price...
